I will be starting as an assistant professor and opening my lab at West Chester University in August 2023! Check back soon for more updates.
I study the causes and consequences of foraging decisions in tree swallows (Tachycineta bicolor) and other cavity-nesting birds. I am also passionate about teaching, mentoring undergraduate students, and making science accessible to everyone. I received my PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Cornell University in 2023 and my B. S. and B. A. in Biology and Environmental Studies from the University of Chicago in 2015.
